FL Air Show is Saturday
On Saturday, Aug. 19 the Forest Lake Airport will have an open house on the Daniel A. DePonti field from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants at the open house can view the airplanes on display, learn about aviation by meeting and talking to local pilots and kids ages 8-18 can experience an EAA Young Eagle airplane ride. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be available, from the Forest Lake Lions Club, and ice cream from the Peppermint Parlor.
