Hugo places time capsule in honor of 100th anniversary

Several Hugo city officials including Mayor Fran Miron and Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty were on hand Tuesday to place a time capsule in honor of the community's 100th anniversary.

Politicians right to left are: Gov. Tim Pawlenty, Congressman Mark Kennedy, Hugo Mayor Fran Miron, State Sen. Michele Bachmann, Rep. Ray Vandeveer and Rep. Matt Dean.
