The Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and VFW Post 4210 will host a forum for candidates in the Sixth Congressional District race 7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 8 at the VFW Post, 556 SW 12th St. Republican candidate Michele Bachmann and Independence Party candidate John Binkowski will attend. DFL candidate Patty Wetterling will not attend because of a conflict in schedules. A list of prepared questions will be asked. If time allows, written questions from the audience will be accepted.
