The Wyoming City Council meeting was cancelled on Tuesday, Feb. 7 because there was no quorum. Council members Ted Phillips and Joe Zerwas were on vacation. According to Mayor Sheldon Anderson, Council member Blake Tiedeman was called back to work at the last minute.
