A special meeting of the governing board of the Memorial Hospital District has been called for 7 p.m., Monday, Feb. 6 at American Legion Post 225, 355 W. Broadway Ave. to discuss the status and developments in the current litigation commenced by the Forest Lake Community Association, Inc. It is anticipated that the discussion will be considered in a meeting which is closed to the public pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Minnesota Open Meeting Law. The board is also expected to discuss the request by Fairview Health Services for the hospital district to deliver to Fairview the deed which is referred to in the Fairview lease agreement dated January 1, 1995. The second agenda item would be a public matter discussed in open session.
