Familes flock to train show at Northland Mall
Train fans packed Northland Mall in large numbers last weekend for the third annual Great River Valley System model railroad show. Kids were wide-eyed but the parents were also entertained. At left, Al Johnson of Wyoming helped his boy Aaron, 5, get a good view of a display while his wife, Josie, and daughter Larissa, 10, also enjoy the show. Members of the train club said the attendance was the most ever for the Forest Lake show and they hoped to return to the mall again next year for its fourth annual show. (Photo By Cliff Buchan)
