Residents of ISD 831 who may have been looking for a school district levy meeting Tuesday night did not find one. While the special meeting had been called, it was canceled by the administration during the board's Feb. 2 regular meeting. The meeting was canceled because of conflicts by board members. The board is still scheduled to meet in special session on Monday, Feb. 13 to discuss plans for the renewal of the existing $6 million operating levy that is supported in part by local property taxes. The 7 p.m. meeting will be at the District Office Building, 6100 N. 210th St. The board also agreed last week to schedule two more work meetings on March 13 and March 21.
