The Lakes Area Business Association will hear an expert speak on real estate topics when it meets at noon, Wednesday, July 19 at Dummys on TH-97 in Forest Lake. Chris Galler of the Minnesota Association of Realtors is the guest speaker. He will speak about the real estate market place, economy and issues related to the industry. He will address issues such as mortgage rates, consumer debt, foreclosures, migration rates, affordable housing and market supply and demand. The Minnesota Association of Realtors is the largest trade association in Minnesota with 25,500 members involved in all aspects of the industry.
