The circus is coming to Hugo this Saturday. The Culpepper & Merriweather Circus will be in the Hugo Lions Club for performances at 2 and 4:30 p.m. on July 29. The circus visit is sponsored by the Hugo Lions Club. Ticket outlets are The 61 Stop and Nadeauís Market. In addition to the big top show featuring acts from around the world, the circus midway will be open one hour before show time and pony rides will be available for the kids. Tickets may be purchased with a credit card by calling 1-866-BigTop6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The ticket cost is $8 for adults and $6 for kids ages 2-12 in advance and $9.50 for adults and $7.50 for kids on circus day.
