Kevin Corbid, head of the Washington County Assessorís Office, will be the guest speaker when the Lakes Area Business Association meets at noon, Wednesday, June 21. Corbid will address the business association about property taxes on businesses. Washington County District 1 Commissioner Dennis Hegberg of Forest Lake will also be a guest at the luncheon. The public is invited to join the LABA for the session. Cost for the luncheon is $9.40. The LABA meets every Wednesday at Dummys on TH-97 one mile east of US-61 in Forest Lake.
