Scandia plans big summer celebration
On Saturday, June 24 the spring celebration Midsommar Dag and Dala Hast Fest will start at 10 a.m. at the Gammelgarden Museum in Scandia. Area residents can participate in several different activities including butter making, flower wreath braiding, creating a wooden Mai stang and creating dala horses. At last yearís event several community members danced around the museums mai stang, above.
