For the first time in school history, the Forest Lake tennis team is the home of the Section 7AA doubles champions. Along with that distinction comes a trip to the state tournament for seniors Luke Odegaard and Dan Cromwell.

On Wednesday, May 31, both Odegaard and Cromwell rebounded from morning losses in their respective singles matches to team up for a 6-2, 6-4 finals victory over Aaron Johnson and Diego Lael of Anoka.

The Forest Lake duo will compete in the state tournament on Thursday, June 8 at Northwest Athletic Club in Bloomington.
