Two companies have been awarded contracts to supply paper products to ISD 831. The school board on Thursday, June 1 accepted paper supply bids totalling $91,348.96. C.J. Duffy Paper Company was awarded contracts in the amount of $76,847.65. Pyramid School Products picked up contracts with value of $14,501.31. The awards followed a sealed bid process. Larry Martini, director of business affairs, said the district had planned total expenditures of $100,000 for school paper needs in the 2006-2007 school year. Three companies submitted bids for the school purchases.
