Winter comes calling in March

After a seemingly mild winter, winter has returned for real in March. After one snowstorm last Sunday and Monday, the state and region was bracing for round two mid-week with another four to eight inches of snow expected. On Monday, one Forest Lake woman braved the elements as she walked north along N. Lake Street in downtown Forest Lake with her dog Leo. A foot of thick, heavy, wet snow fell in the area on Monday.
