Wyoming City Council will meet in closed session at 6 tonight (Thursday) to discuss litigation. The council will review with legal counsel the pending litigation in the Stars and Strikes, LLC vs. the city of Wyoming matter. The entertainment center in Wyoming filed suit last year protesting the amount of assessments it was billed for utility connections. The closed meeting is allowed under the state's Open Meeting Law to review litigation.
