In the May 18, edition of the Times, an error occurred in the ìKilkenny Court owner sues Fairview, Duffyî article.

The article stated that, according to Kilkenny Courts lawyer, as of Tuesday, May 16, neither Fairview Hospitals nor Duffy Development had given an official response to the claims within the 20-day time limitation.

Fairview Hospitals lawyers, however, did respond to the claims by mail on Monday, May 15. Calls last week to Fairview seeking comment were not returned until Friday, May 19.

Although Duffy is not named in the suit, the development company, who now owns the land, is indirectly involved with the suit.

We regret the error.
