The public is invited to come celebrate the tradition of quality music performed by Forest Lake High School students in beautiful surroundings during the 11th annual Bethel Benson Great Hall Concert on Friday, April 13.

The concert will feature the Forest Lake High School Symphonic Winds and Concert Choir.

The 11th annual Bethel Benson Great Hall Concert will start at 7:30 p.m. on April 13 on the campus of Bethel University, 3900 Bethel Drive, Arden Hills.

Tickets for the concert are being sold by members of the Symphonic Winds and the Concert Choir. They are also available at The Yellow Bus, and The Music Connection in Forest Lake.

Ticket prices are $8 for adults, and $5 for students and for senior citizens.

The Symphonic Winds will feature a Vivaldi Concerto for two brass instruments and the band.The Concert Choir will sing music from several different cultures and periods of history.

For the first time, the directors will ask the audience to participate in the concert’s finale, by joining in the singing of “America, the Beautiful.”

Following the concert, the audience will be encouraged to socialize with other members of the community.
