Friday, April 13 is the date for the next wine tasting benefit for the Wildlife Science Center of Forest Lake. The event is slated from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at American Legion Post 225, 355 W. Broadway Ave. The benefit will raise money to support the wolf center located on the grounds of the Carlos Avery Wildlife Management Area west of Forest Lake. The April 13th event is sponsored by MGM Wine & Spirits, Forest Lake. Advance sale tickets are now available at $35 per person. Tickets sold at the door on April 13 will cost $40. Tickets may be purchased now at MGM, 2009 W. Broadway Ave. next to Cub Foods; Kodiak Coffee, 44 S. Lake St., and at the Wildlife Science Center.
