Michael D. MacAdams
Michael Douglas MacAdams, 56, Forest Lake and Minneapolis area, died on Tuesday, July 31, 2007.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Beverly (Hanson) MacAdams.
He is survived by children, Kelly (Dave) Morris-Pitts, Jesse Rothfork; grandchildren, Alexis, Ashley, Ariel “Bubbers”, Tesa; siblings, Donna Weaver, Douglas Arneson, Dee Dee Anderson, Allen MacAdams, Gordy Hanson, Marcia Kleidon; many dear nieces and nephews; a true family of friends including, Farley (Carrie), Hamm, Carol, Audrey, Linda Y., Larry, Linda J.
A memorial service was held on Monday, August 6 at Mattson Funeral Home in Forest Lake.
