John M. (Jack) Nielsen, Jr.
John M. (Jack) Nielsen, Jr., 45, of Forest Lake, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007.
Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tues., Feb. 6, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Forest Lake. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia; sisters, Cynthia and Jennifer; best friend, CJ; grandmother, Josie Geyer; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Nielsen, Sr.
