A pancake breakfast benefit for Northwoods Humane Society of Forest Lake will take place 8-10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 13 at Applebee's, 355 SW 12th St. Tickets are $5 each and will be available at the door on Saturday. The breakfast benefit will include pancakes, eggs, sausage and coffee. Proceeds will benefit the efforts of the local animal rescue organization and shelter. For information, call 651-982-0240.
