The city of Columbus and the North Metro Harness Initiative held an official groundbreaking ceremony for the harness track and card room on Thursday, Jan. 18.

"We're going to bring fun and entertainment to this end of the Twin Cities," Jim Druck, CEO of Southwest Casino and Hotel Corp., a 50 percent partner in the Initiative, said.
