Newly elected District 17B Rep. Jeremy Kalin, DFL-Lindstrom, has announced his committee assignments for the 2007 legislative session. Kalin has been appointed to the House Transportation Finance Committee and the Energy Finance Committee. In addition to serving on the Government Operations Reform, Technology and Elections Committee, Kalin will also serve as vice-chair of the House Public Safety and Civil Justice Committee.
