First Scandia City Council takes office

With Washingnton County District Court Judge Howard Albertson doing the honors Tuesday night, the first Scandia City Council completed a swearing-in ceremony. The ceremony came during a brief program and reception prior to the first meeting of the new city council. Members of the council pictured with Judge Albertson are, left to right: Pete Crum, Mike Harnetty, Dolores Peterson, Donnette Yehle, Mayor Dennis Seefeldt and Albertson.
