Local attorney Dale Swanson is the next speaker of the Lakes Area Business Association at noon, Wednesday, June 21 at Dummys, 7050 Scandia Trail N. Swanson is an attorney who has a 31-year background of representing public employee supervisors in actions against local government. In Forest Lake, he has been the chairman of the Forest Lake Human Rights Commission and member for six years. He will share his perspective on how government controls can not only deprive individuals of their property rights but sacrifice the quality of life of an entire community.
