Boyer closes with state appearance

A break in play during the first round of the State Tennis Tournament on Thursday, June 7, gave head coach Greg Patchin a moment to discuss strategy with Dusty Boyer.

Boyer faced Daniel Kim of St. Thomas Academy, but came out on the losing end of a 6-3, 6-2 score. In the consolation bracket, Boyer would defeat Tyler Hjalmquist of Moorhead before falling to Edina's Mike Eastman.
