Motorists who drive TH-95 north of TH-97 in Scandia will continue to encounter delays while culvert replacement work and other projects continue. The Minnesota Department of Transportation will continue the culvert replacements project on TH-95 with signed detours for motorists. The three culvert replacement projects on TH-95 will detour motorists: To TH-97 to Olinda Ave. to CR-86 and back to TH-95; to 220th St. to Olinda Ave. to 240th St. and back to TH-97; to CR-26 to US-8 and back to TH-95. Culvert replacements are scheduled to be completed by June 22, weather permitting. The project includes replacement of the existing drainage culverts beneath the roadway and some guardrail repair. The project will also require future detours of much shorter duration and these detours will be communicated to motorists as the project develops. The entire project is scheduled to be completed in mid-July, weather permitting.
