An artist reception for Forest Lake’s Randall Peterson is planned 7-9 p.m., Saturday, June 30 at the Bayfield Maritime Museum in Bayfield, WI. The reception is sponsored by the Keeper of the Light store in Bayfield. Peterson’s recently completed series of original artwork, “Let There By Light,” will be displayed. The series includes six original pieces of artwork created in the style of pointillism: Lighthouses of the Apostle Islands — Michigan Island, Sand Island, Raspberry Island, Devils Island, Outer Island and Long Island. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 30, Peterson will also be at the Keeper of the Light demonstrating how he creates his artwork.
