The newly formed Forest Lake Lake Association (FLLA), local businesses and the Forest Lake Police Explorer Post 515 are teaming up to clean the Forest Lake ice surface Sunday, March 18.

The groups are looking for volunteers to help with the clean up project.

Volunteers are being asked to meet at the city boat launch at 1 p.m.

Immediately following the clean up all participants will be treated to a free barbecue at the Forest Laker Bar & Grill.

This activity also serves as the first event for the newly formed Forest Lake Lake Association (FLLA).
