The 2007 Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Annual Action Plan has been released for public comment. Projects recommended for approval by a CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee include $300,000 to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity in the Red Oak Preserve area, as well as grants to projects coordinated by Two Rivers Community Land Trust and Duffy Development company for the Water’s Edge housing project in the city of Woodbury. Public comment will be accepted through April 20. A public hearing for participating east metro counties will take place on March 8 in Roseville.
