The Washington County Board of Commissioners last week approved an agreement with the city of Woodbury which allows the county to reimburse the city for its part in improving and expanding Radio Drive, (CR-13) between Pioneer Drive and one quarter mile south of Bailey Road (CR-18) in Woodbury. The road will be expanded from two to four lanes and includes construction of separated bike and pedestrian paths, new turn lanes and construction of the county’s first multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of Radio Drive and Bailey Road. Federal state and local funds are used for the construction, which will begin this year.
