Wyoming attorney and Chisago County Commissioner Ben Montzka is one of two state residents tabbed by Gov. Tim Pawlenty to serve on the Minnesota Automobile Assigned Claims Bureau Governing Committee. Montzka and Brenda Elmer of Moorhead are serving two-year terms that began in January. The seven-member board governs the operation of the Minnesota Auto Assigned Claims Plan in providing no-fault basic economic loss benefits to eligible recipients.
