During the Forest Lake City Council workshop on Monday, council members reviewed such topics as a city handbook and the open forum process to see if changes needed to be made. The city handbook would discuss the responsibilities committee and commission members will have during their term with the city. The handbook also lays out the city's code of ethics. In addition to the city handbook, the council will meet in another workshop to discuss the 2007 city goals. During Monday's workshop City Administrator Chip Robinson announced that the city has received nine responses to their request for proposal for legal services and two responses for prosecution services. The RFPs could be reviewed by the council as early as the next council meeting 7 p.m., Monday, March 26.
