The University of Minnesota Extension Service - Anoka County Master Gardener Program will sponsor a Home Landscaping and Garden Fair on Saturday, March 24, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Bunker Hills Activities Center, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, in Andover. There will be 21 classes and workshops, many vendors, and door prizes. Classes/workshops include: Landscaping-Site Analysis and Plant Selection, Ornamental Grasses, Water Gardening, Salsa Gardening, Tree Topics, Prairies and Wildflowers, Create a Living Wreath, and much more. Registration is required. Fee is $20 per person ($25 walk-in, if space permits.) A material fee will be added to the optional Living Wreath, Stained Glass Stepping Stones and Beeswax Candle Making classes.
