Rangers win! Rangers win!

Down two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning, the Forest Lake softball team turned in a brilliant comeback against Roseville (7-6, 4-3) on Monday, April 30, for a thrilling 6-5 victory.

Sam Holien slid in to home for the winning run and then became the middle of a Kelly Kent/Kathy Crudo (13) sandwich when the Rangers came out of the dugout to celebrate. The win was a perfect way to forget the 7-1 loss that came on April 25 at Woodbury.

Forest Lake (4-6, 3-4) was at Mounds View on Wednesday, and back at home against Park on Thursday.
