John Franklin
John C. “Jack” Franklin, 90, Cottage Grove, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2007. A memorial service was Thursday, Nov. 8, at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, St. Paul P-ark, followed by a private interment
He is survived by his wife of eight years, Jeanne; children, Douglas (Linda), Steven (Julie), Christine (Bruce) Gilbertson; step-children, Paul (Keri) Olson, Heidi (Max) Olson-Grinnell; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, June; parents, William and Anne; brother, William. Memorials are preferred to the family.
