After 30 years of business in Forest Lake, WHY USA Matchmaker Realty has moved its business office to Rush City. The move came after lot at 932 W. Broadway Ave. was sold to the Porky’s Restaurant chain. Owners Paul and Cyndy Tubbs have been in the real estate business for more than 55 years on a combined basis. WHY USA Matchmaker Realty was named WHY USA’s office of the year in 2006 from the 44 nationwide offices. “We are appreciative for the business the Forest Lake community has brought us over 30 years,” Paul Tubbs said. “I’m committed to providing the service to our clients they have come to expect. Our address change won’t change that,” Cyndy Tubbs said. The new office in Rush City is located at 2270 Dane Ave. in the former home of Stock (Inter-State) Lumber Company.
