A vast display of wood carvings will be on display in Forest Lake on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 1-2. That’s the date for the 24th annual Lakes Area Wood Carvers Show & Sale at Northland Mall, Highway 61 on the south end of Forest Lake. Show hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2. There is no admission to the show. Membership information for the Lakes Area Wood Carvers will also be available.
