Elim Lutheran Foundation celebrates big day

Sunday was a proud day in Scandia as the Elim Lutheran Foundation dedicated a courtyard and statue. Here, Foundation president Lee Sandager and artist Wally Shoop gather in the patio for the unveiling. The 10-year-old Elim Lutheran Church Foundation has also announced the formation of a new fund pledging $20,000 for food production in underdeveloped nations.
