October Harvest Howl at Wildlife Science Center
The Wildlife Science Center, 5463 West Broadway in Forest Lake, is having its 12th Annual Harvest Howl on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 11:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Celebrate the fall season and nature’s bounty with a day of family fun.
Festivities will include live animal demonstrations, Native American demonstrations, pumpkin painting contests, games for kids, campfires, archery, vendors, and more.
Presenters and Vendors include: Native American Dancers and Wild Rice Harvest demonstrations; Birds of Prey demonstrations; Voyageur Jacques Deseve; Jim Gerholdt’s Remarkable Reptiles; Blacksmith demonstrations; Graywolf Leathers; Trapper Phil; Rick House Wildlife Photography; BasketCase Designs; Rustic Hearth Soaps; Siberian Husky Club of the Twin Cities; Northern Lights Greyhound Rescue; Rescued Pets Are Wonderful; Wellness & Nutrition.
Bring the kids, your dog (on-leash) and come see wolves and raptors and bears, oh my!
