A full day of activities are planned for the annual Stagecoach Celebration in the city of Wyoming on Saturday, Sept. 29. Along with the city, area businesses and the Wyoming Historical Society will combine for the community celebration. The list of events include a pancake breakfast, 5-K run at Goodview Park starting at 9 a.m., a car show, a history road show at the Wyoming Giese Library, pony rides, carnival rides and attractions, free stagecoach rides and plenty of food and music throughout the day. The Old West Society will return to perform its old west street acts and the day will conclude with a fireworks display at dusk at Goodview Park. Many of the Stagecoach Celebration events will be stationed along Viking Blvd. east of US-61 in the city’s downtown area.
