A Forest Lake man is in critical condition following a crash on US-61 at 5:16 a.m. Tuesday. David A. Holien, 46, Forest Lake, was southbound on US-61 when his 1983 Honda motorcycle collided with a 1999 Dodge Caravan that was crossing US-61 to the west on N. 210th St. The Minnesota State Patrol said Holien was airlifted to a metro area hospital in critical condition. Krystale E. Bundy, 29, of Cambridge, the driver of the Dodge van, had no apparent injuries, the State Patrol said. The accident remains under investigation.
