Gaughan Companies wins award

The property management team at Gaughan Companies, Forest Lake, has received a state award. During the annual meeting and vision awards program on Thursday, June 2, at the International Market Square in Minneapolis, Sterling Oaks II Homeowners Association, Forest Lake, was a top contender for “Association of the Year,” The nomination was an acknowledge of the association’s board of directors, homeowners and professional management by Gaughan Companies. Sterling Oaks, located on 207th St. N., consists of 25 townhomes built in 2005. Gaughan Companies received additional accolades. Association management team member Tanya Kenney received a nomination for “Association Property Manager Rookie of the Year.” This nomination is acknowledgement of her skills and strengths in association management.
