New traffic signal to light up this week

Traffic will soon be heeding to a new stop light at Broadway Avenue and 8th Street in Forest Lake. Joe Gustafson, a transportation engineer at Washington County, said the signal system should be operational as early as this Thursday, Dec. 8.
