Phyllis J. Haas
Phyllis Jane Haas, 88, Forest Lake, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012.
A private family funeral service has taken place.
Interment was at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake.
She is survived by her children, Judy (Dwight) Schleicher, Tom (Toni) Haas Jr., Peter (Pam) Haas; six grandchildren, Amie Symens, T.R. Haas, Sarah (Matt) Carter, Zachary Schleicher, Matthew Haas and Katie Haas; six great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob, Joshua Symens, Meghan Ince, Mary and Emma Carter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Haas.
Memorials may be directed if desired to The Church of Saint Peter’s Music Ministry, Forest Lake, and may be sent in care of Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN 55025.
