Thomas F. (Tom) Hayes, 74, Forest Lake, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012.
A memorial gathering was Saturday Jan. 21 at Gearty-Delmore Chapel of Plymouth.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Wong; sons, Brian (MiYoun) Hayes and Derek (Megan) Hayes; daughter, Lisa (Andrew) Clark; sisters, Janice Kurtz and Susan (Ian) Warfield; grandchildren, Polaris, Praslin, Alexandra and Finley.
