‘The Magic of Healthy Living’ to be held at Hosanna Lutheran Church

What is the secret to a long and healthy life? Is it all the genes or do the everyday choices we make have a greater impact on our overall health and wellness?

Explore these questions and discover small steps that can have a big impact at “The Magic of Healthy Living.” The workshop will be held Thursday, Feb. 16 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 9300 Scandia Trail N., Forest Lake.

Learn how to find whole grain foods. The group will discuss how increasing consumption of whole grains can benefit overall health. Food program participants will meet CACFP annual training requirements by attending this session.
