Tickets are selling fast for Masquers Theatre Company’s upcoming dinner theater production of A Don’t Hug Me County Fair, which runs weekends March 2-25 at Vannelli’s by the Lake.
This hilarious summer sequel to Masquers previous dinner theater features a local cast reprising their roles as residents of the fictional Bunyan Bay, MN.
Gunner Johnson can’t wait for the county fair’s big fishing contest, and his wife Clara has her heart set on winning the Miss Walleye Queen competition. Trouble arises when Bernice, the pretty waitress, and Gunner’s estranged twin sister, Trigger, throw their hats in the ring too. With original songs like “My Campfire is Burning for You,” “Our Butter Face Queen,” and “I’m Just a Pretty Forest Ranger,” an evening of laughs is guaranteed.
