Lawrence E. “Larry” Parker, 63, Chisago City, died Friday, Feb. 24, 2012 after a battle with cancer.
He was a member of the Chisago City Council and previously served on the Wyoming Town Board.
A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 1 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 13025 Newell Ave., Lindstrom with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. until time of service.
Visitation will also take place from 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb 29 at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 SW Centennial Drive, Forest Lake.
Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Center City.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa; children, Edward Parker and Christine (Peter) Johnson; step-daughters, Lindsay (Joseph) Crescenzo and Brittany Willard (David Hendrickson); granddaughters, Jessica, Mikayla and Abigail Johnson; mother, Elaine F. Parker; six brothers and sisters, Doreen (Howard) Abraham, Frank (Judy) Parker, Sharon Parker, Joyce (Don) Martel, Gary (Cyndie) Parker and Janet (Terry) Enter.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Parker; infant baby girl; son, Michael Justin.
