Missing man’s car found at Fort Snelling State Park

The search continues this week for the brother of Hugo dog trainer Katie Riopel who has been missing since Tuesday, Feb. 14. Authorities in St. Paul on Monday found the maroon 2002 PT Cruiser owned by David Wandtke at Fort Snelling State Park. A missing person report was filed with St. Paul Police on Feb. 15. Wandtke, 52, left home in St. Paul to go the grocery store on Feb. 14 and never returned. His sister, Katie Riopel, is the owner of Katie’s K9 Professional Dog Obedience School. She is assisting in the search for her brother by offering a Facebook page to help collect information.
